Hardware Support

Annual Maintenance Contracts

We also undertake both comprehensive and service based Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for IT systems and peripherals. Our AMCs cover preventive maintenance and repair services. Also should you require support for deployment / installation and / or integration of new hardware we are ready to help. We provide both on-site as well as remote support. AMCs at operational level cover assistance for telephone technical troubleshooting, on-site issue identification and solving, setting up of proprietary software and upgrades,Furthermore we also arrange for fee-based replacement / repair of parts not bundled into maintenance contracts.


Software / Application Support

We can also help you prepare a do-it-yourself kits / library of frequently asked questions or training / support videos aptly demonstrating resolution tips.Should you require more specialised support we have a system of Tier 0-3 mechanism on an agreement basis that would lay to rest all your support related responsibilities.
